Q1. I forgot my User Name and/or password. Is there a way to get a reminder?

Answer: Yes. If you do not remember your Username, please contact ECTS Support at nnsa-ecp@pnnl.gov for assistance. If you do not remember your password, select "Login", and then "Reset Password".  Next provide your "Username" and select "Send Reset Link".  A link to reset your password will be sent to the email address that was supplied during registration. If you need further assistance, please contact ECTS Support at nnsa-ecp@pnnl.gov.

Q2. Is there a way to update my registration information?

Answer: To update your registration information, including your email address, phone number, and location, click on your display name that appears in the upper right corner of the website. Make the needed changes and be sure and click on the “Update” link at the bottom of the page. If you have a name change, or any other questions, please contact ECTS Support at nnsa-ecp@pnnl.gov for assistance.

Q3. How do I know if I have been successfully registered?

Answer: After filling out the Registration Form (note that all information with an asterisk [*] must be provided), you must select "Register" at the bottom of the form. You will see a message indicating that you have successfully registered. If you do not see this message or have any difficultly registering successfully, please contact ECTS Support at nnsa-ecp@pnnl.gov for assistance.

Q4. I have requested my password but haven't received an email response.

Answer: Users may need to select the “Request Password” button several times. However, if you do not receive your password within 15 minutes, please contact ECTS Support at nnsa-ecp@pnnl.gov for assistance.

Q5. I am having problems opening the files in ECTS. What do I need to view them?

Answer: To view the files, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. It is available at http://get.adobe.com/reader/. If you are having trouble installing the Adobe Acrobat Reader, your Site computer support personnel should be able to help you.

Q6. I have registered, but I still cannot access the documents in ECTS.

Answer: After you have registered, a security review of your information will be conducted. Once that review is complete, the ECTS Administrator with either authorize you for use of the system, request more information, or deny access based on your not having justification for ECTS access. You will receive an email, and if you are authorized to be an ECTS user, you will be able to log into the site and view documents.
